1.1 Contract language is German.

1.3 The order data will be sent to you by e-mail.
1.4 You can view, print and save the terms and conditions here.
1.5 If you order as a registered user, you can also view your past orders in our Customer Login area by activating the My Orders option.
1.7 If you order without registration, your past orders will no longer be accessible via the Internet.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
2.1 The product representations and prices in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a request to the customer to order at shop.probauteam.de. Errors excepted.
2.2 By clicking on the order button you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract came about. A binding contract can already be concluded as follows: If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract will be concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment order to PayPal. If you have selected the payment method Sofortüberweisung, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment order to the SOFORT AG.
§ 3 Payment
3.1. We offer as payment options advance payment, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, cash on delivery, purchase on account, installment and cash on collection.
3.2 When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 9.40 euros incl. VAT is due, which raises the deliverer on site.
Requirements:
• Invoice address in Germany
• Invoice address = delivery address
• Purchase value excl. Delivery costs up to 959,00 EURO incl. VAT
3.3 When paying in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. The invoice amount has to be transferred to our account within 10 days.
3.4 Pick-up You have the option of pick-up and pick-up from Pro Bauteam Vertriebs- & Produktionsgesellschaft mbH, Grafenheider Strasse 103, 33729 Bielefeld, Germany for the following business hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 to 16:00.
§ 4 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment. Before the transfer of ownership, a pledge, transfer, processing or transformation is not permitted without our consent.
§ 5 Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
5.1 Shipping within Germany 0,1 kg to 0,2 kg: 1,45 EURO incl. VAT 0,3 kg to 34 kg: 9,80 EURO incl. VAT. From 35 kg: 28,00 EURO incl. VAT 5.2 Shipping within EU 0,1 kg to 1,9 kg: 9,80 EURO incl. VAT 2 kg to 9,9 kg: 20,00 EURO incl. VAT From 10 kg: 40,00 EURO incl. VAT 5.2 Shipping to Switzerland 0.1 kg to 1.9 kg: 20.00 EURO excl. VAT 2 kg to 9.9 kg: 40.00 EURO excl. 5.2 The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
5.3 If the goods can not be delivered to you (recipients not found), we reserve the right to charge you the additional shipping costs.
5.4 Deliveries to Switzerland are VAT exempt. We send the packages DDP – Duty Paid. The recipient then has to pay the import tax and possibly the import duty. This is product-dependent and is calculated by weight.
§ 6 Delivery conditions and self-supply reservation
6.1 Delivery is usually made by UPS.
6.2 The delivery time is, unless otherwise stated in the offer, 1-2 working days.
6.3 For larger quantities, we reserve the right to ship the goods by freight carrier.
6.4 We will inform you immediately by e-mail about goods that are not in stock and the resulting delivery delays; Your statutory rights remain unaffected. As far as reasonable, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense. If you do not want a partial service, this is immediately after notification of the delivery delay in writing (for example, as a letter or fax).
